Man arrested for allegedly stealing cop equipment

A man is arrested after allegedly breaking into a police car.

22-year-old Manuel Antonio Arrellano is facing theft charges.

The incident happened at around eight this morning in the Cuatro Vientos Subdivision.

According to police arrellano broke one of the windows of the officers vehicle.

He stole the officer’s bulletproof vest and equipment.

The officer called it in and investigators found the suspect and recovered all the items stolen.
