Today district 31-4A made their all district selections. For the LBJ Wolves... senior wide receiver Edwin Adame... and junior punter slash defensive end Joe Solis... Were named 1st team all district. For the Nixon Mustangs... return man Oscar Solis was selected to the 1st team. Solis averaged 22.79 yards per return this season for the Mustangs.

The Laredo Bucks face arguably their biggest challenge to date this weekend. Friday the league leading Odessa Jackelopes come to town... followed Saturday night by last year's CHL champion Texas Brahmas. The Bucks held practice this morning... And coach Ruskowksi was not pleased with what he saw. The Bucks have tomorrow's practice to try and straighten things out before hosting Odessa.

The Laredo Bucks announced that Neil Trimm is heading to the IR. Trimm was placed on the 14-day IT with a lower body injury sustained in practice. It appears for now that a player cut will not be necessary... at least for now... with Igor Agarunov scheduled to return Friday.
