Lancy Monych activated from IR, Sgroi released

The Laredo Bucks announced today that forward Lance Monych will return from the IR Friday. With Monych returning the Bucks released forward Mike Sgroi. Sgroi first joined the team on November 4th and netted only 3 points in 14 games with Laredo
