Dustdevils get 4th seed heading into conference tourney

Texas A&M International University will open the 2010 Heartland Conference Tournament on Thursday with a 9 a.m. game against UT-Permian Basin. The tournament is being hosted by St. Edward's University at Diane Daniels on the SEU campus in Austin.

TAMIU is seeded fourth in the tournament. The winner of the TAMIU vs. UTPB game will play top seeded St. Edward's at 2 p.m. on Thursday. The loser will play the loser of the St. Mary's vs. Incarnate Word game at 4:30 p.m.

The championship game of the double-elimination tournament will be played on Saturday.
