By KGNS News

The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League announced Thursday that they have signed former NHL draft pick Torrie Jung for the 2010-11 season. Jung was an amateur goaltender for the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs in last seasons CHL playoffs.

The 21-year-old Jung was drafted in the seventh round (#183 overall) by the Tampa Bay Lighning in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft. He was called up to the NHL for one game with the Edmonton Oilers as a backup goaltender on November 21, 2009.
