Can Bucks Win With Returnees?

Of the five players signed by the Laredo Bucks thus far, four are returnees from last year's team. It begs the question can the Bucks win bringing back the same players from a team that was the worst in the league. We posed that question to first year head coach Serge Dube. Coach Dube says he expects to bring back around ten players from last year's roster.
