Cease and Desist Issued To Rattlers President

LMT's Dennis Silva is reporting that the arena football league has asked Rattlers team president Chad Dittman to cease and desist with the use of the "Rattlers name.” According to reports the name Rattlers is trademarked by the Arizona Rattlers of the AFL who were founded in 1992. Fittman told LMT that his preference was to change the name to "Rattlesnakes" so they can keep the same logo. Calls to Dittman went unanswered tonight... we'll have more on this story as it develops.
