More speculation about a possible move to the NAHL for the Laredo Bucks. Tuesday night Lee Scheide, sports writer for the Odessa American, wrote that two weeks ago ownership groups from both Odessa and Laredo made the trip to Ann Arbor, Michigan to attend the NAHL's prospects tournament. Scheide says both the Jackelopes and Bucks made presentations to the league, which were both accepted. Wednesday Brian Sandalow, sports writer for Themonitor.com spoke to pro 8 sports. He confirmed that the Bucks did attend the meeting in Michigan and says this could be part of a bigger trend for all Texas teams in the Central Hockey League. Wednesday the Bucks released this statement, "As of this time we have not executed any agreements, nor paid any fees to the NAHL, we are still considering our options, and will not make further comment until a decision is made"
