Pelletier Perfect In Shootout, Bes Gets Game Winner

The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League beat the Arizona Sundogs 2-1 in a shootout Thursday night at Laredo Energy Arena. The Bucks improve to 7-8-3 (17 points) on the season and move to within one point of Mississippi and Rio Grande Valley for fourth place in the Berry Conference.

Jeff Bes scored the game-winning goal in the shootout while Pier Pelletier stopped 26 of 27 shots as well as setting aside all five of Arizona’s shootout attempts.
