TAMIU To Host 1st Annual La Posada Classic

Texas A&M International University men's basketball will host the first annual La Posada Classic this weekend at the TAMIU Kinesiology and Convocation Building. The four-team Classic will consist of doubleheaders on Friday and Saturday featuring TAMIU, Barclay Christian, Johnson & Whales (Colo.) and UT-Permian Basin.

Friday's doubleheader lineup is Barclay Christian vs. UT-Permian Basin at 5 p.m. and TAMIU vs. Johnson & Whales at 7 p.m. Saturday's lineup is Johnson & Whales vs. UT-Permian Basin at 4 p.m. followed by TAMIU vs. Barclay Christian at 6 p.m.

Admission for each session is $5 (10 years and above) with no admission charge for children or anyone with a TAMIU student, faculty or staff ID.
