Sales Assistant II
KGNS-TV is looking for an energetic individual to work with the National Sales Manager, Local Sales Manager and the Business Manager with orders coming from advertisers.
The ideal candidate will assist primarily with National Buys. Will retrieve contracts from “Station Express” program for the 3 networks and website. Candidate will inform clients of any make-goods pending, program changes, etc. Will also assist the Business Manager with Accounts Receivable duties, such as posting payments, prepare monthly billings, mailing of statements, prepare bank deposits, email and/or fax invoices to clients as needed, as well as other duties.
