In today's segment of Manhunt Fridays, we hope you recognize this individual who is wanted by the Webb County Sheriff's Department.
He's 38 year old Francisco De Hoyos-Moncada. He's about stands at about 5' 7'' and weighs roughly 260 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes, and his last known address is the 600 block of Bustamante. He's wanted in the 111th District Court for charges of assault causing bodily injury and the murder of his wife back in march. No bond has been set as of yet.
