Her name is Amy Tobias and she's 22 years old. She's about 5'6'' and weighs roughly 135 lbs. She has black hair and brown eyes. Her last known address is in the 3000 block of Musser. She's wanted at Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 Place 2 on charges of aggravated assault with a weapon.
