He's 21 year old Luis Carlos Fuentes. He's about 5'3'' and weighs roughly 140 lbs. He has black hair, brown eyes, and a medium complexion. His last known address is the 4000 block of San Eduardo and he's wanted in the 49th district court for robbery charges.
