In today's segment of Manhunt Fridays, we're hoping you recognize this individual sought by the Webb County Sheriff's office.
He's 28 year old Eulalio Tovar, Jr. He's 5'8'' and weighs roughly 345 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes, and his last known address is the 100 block of Segovia. He's wanted in the 406th District Court on three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
