He's 19 year old Hector Alfredo Espino. He's 5'8'' tall and weighs about 145 lbs. He has dark hair and brown eyes, and his last known address is the 4000 block of Sophia Street. He's wanted on charges of illegal possession of prescription drugs, a felony 3 charge.
