He's 44 year old Everardo Manuel Balderas.
He's about 5'8” tall and weighs roughly 170 pounds.
He has black hair and brown eyes and his last known address is the 800 block of South Arkansas.
He's wanted on three felony counts on thefts ranging from $1,500 to $20,000 dollars.
