He's 29 year old David Carlos Gonzalez.
He's about 5'7” tall and weighs roughly 180 pounds.
He has brown hair and eyes and has tattoos on both arms, chest and right leg.
His last known address is the 400 block of Rodriguez Street in El Cenizo, Texas.
He's wanted for theft.
