Eighteen year-old Cassandra C. Ruiz is sought for burglary of habitation. She's about 5'5", and weighs about 100 lbs. Her last known address is 1700 block of South Laredo. If you see her, or know her whereabouts, call Crime Stoppers at 727-TIPS (8477). You could be eligible for a cash reward.
