Authorities are looking for Omar Perez Jr. who is wanted in the 406th district court on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He's about 5'4'' and weighs roughly 145 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes. His last known address is the 5100 block of Moncayo.
