An elderly man is found dead on the city's west side.
It happened this afternoon at the corner of Geronimo and Riverside.
Police say a resident was checking on the man who was slouching over on a bench at the bus stop.
An ambulance was immediately called when the man didn't respond.
Police say the man appeared to be in his seventies or eighties.
Police also say there is no immediate evidence of foul play saying that it appears to be a completely natural death.
The man has yet to be identified.
Residents say that an el metro bus stops there almost every hour.
Police say it looks like the man had been dead for several hours.
