A student is hit by a car this morning, and the driver never stops to render aid.
The mother is asking the community for help... to see if anyone can identify the vehicle.
The accident happened around seven thirty this morning in front of United South High School.
A 13-year-old boy was crossing the street at the four way stop in front of the school.
That’s when a vehicle was turning and hit him; he then rolled over on the hood of the car.
The student says he waved at the driver from the floor, but the driver started yelling and seemed to be upset but never asked if the student was ok.
The mother says the driver never stopped to render aid.
" I'm just asking for any other witnesses that anybody saw anything, even if its anonymous to call UISD police and let them know...If this lady is listening put ourselves in your shoes."
The mother says, there were witnesses around but no one came out to help.
If you know anything about this accident you are asked to contact UISD police department.
