Now on to a Pro 8 News Problem Solver. A resident of north Laredo has been dealing with Time Warner cable for nearly two months now. After they came out to fix her cable service... and left the job incomplete. Cynthia Reyes says Time Warner has told her over and over that someone will be there to fix the problem today... and it’s two months later. "I told them listen, you have been telling me for the past 5, 6, 7 times that I’ve called and you keep telling me that they're gonna go they don’t come so i told them you know what I’m gonna call problem solvers KGNS and hopefully they can help me solve this problem." "Cynthia says it’s been nearly 2 months since Time Warner cable left nearly 200 feet worth of cable wiring." "I'm just so disappointed with Tme Warner." It all started when some of their cable channels weren't coming in clear. Time Warner came out and fixed the problem right away but getting them to clean up their mess is a different story. "All they say is that ma'am they'll be out there today we cant give you a specific time, which I understand."
So Cynthia makes arrangements so that either she or her mother is home for the cable guy. She’s been doing this over the course of 2 months and she's still waiting for the cable guy. "I call them the following day and they say ma'am they just didn't get to it we'll go out there." Now the mother of two feels the 200 feet of exposed wiring is a safety hazard. "What happens if the children trip over these cables and all because Time Warner doesn't come out? Someone needs to take responsibility and obviously Time Warner is not doing it. I can not stress enough how unsatisfied I am with Time Warner." We did contact Time Warner Cable Company and they refused to grant us an interview. However, they did tell us that they cannot comment on individual client accounts, but said they would send someone to Cynthia’s home to fix her problem immediately.
