A local man has died after an early morning accident
The accident happened this morning at about six twenty on. Park Street and I -35.
In an earlier broadcast today it was reported that a man was pronounced dead... But later brought back to life.
According to police that was not the case the man died at the hospital.
The man is 32-year-old Migdiel garcia and was driving a 99 Buick traveling north on San Dario.
With him was his stepson 18-years-old Miguel Angel Avalos and he was flown out to San Antonio in critical condition.
28-year-old Adam Guzman drove the other vehicle.
He was driving a 2003 Cadillac on Park Street.
He was also taken to the hospital.
Right now police say they are investigating to see who was at fault.
