Law enforcement has been working a crime scene in north Laredo throughout the night.
There’s blood out on the streets and at least one person is in the hospital.
Laredo police officers closed off this section of Springfield and Hillside overnight.
That’s near Saint John Newman church.
Police say a security guard found a man who had been shot in the face.
The victim was conscious when he was taken away by ambulance.
So far the man has refused to cooperate with authorities.
Several evidence markers were seen out on the street.
At this point the flow of traffic is now back to normal in the area.
