A woman was sentenced today to probation after assaulting a minor two years ago.
Marlene Ceja pleaded guilty today to assault charges.
The incident happened July seventh of 2007.
According to reports Ceja was with two other woman celebrating her birthday at a nightclub.
Then they decided to go to a house party were the 16 year old victim was invited.
According to reports the victim was taking pictures when the three woman including Ceja assaulted her.
Judge Chuy Garza gave Ceja today a 30-day sentence but 28 days were suspended.
She also got probation and 120 hours of community service.
