Laredo police arrest a man for aggravated assault of a child.
20-year-old Daniel Alejandro Bernal faces charges of aggravated assault to a child by penetration.
According to police the case stems back to 2008.
The victim is a male child and it's not clear if it was a family member.
Bernal is now at the Webb County jail.
