We have new information today on the murder cold case of Dr. Marissa Keene.
It’s a Pro 8 News exclusive.
A couple of men were found cleaning up the yard around Dr. Keene's home yesterday.
This is the house where she was found dead at the shallow end of the swimming pool back on June third of 2007.
It’s now going to be sold over two years after her death.
A local real estate agent is preparing to put the house on the market.
The agent tells us the house is currently owned by a bank and not the surviving Keene family.
It’s located on the 500 block on Fenwick in north Laredo.
That’s where police say Keene was hosting a party with friends the night before she was found with puncture wounds on her skull.
The well-known gynecologist's three children saw their mother floating in the pool the next morning.
A judge awarded custody of the kids to their father,
Doctor Christopher de Felippe, who lives in Baltimore, Maryland.
The Webb county medical examiner ruled the cause of death as drowning.
No suspects have ever been named although police are still treating the case as a homicide.
