Friends of the Family's "8th Graders of the Year" honored at City Council meeting

Outstanding teens received recognition Monday night for excelling academically. Three local teens were recognized as the Friends of the Family's "Eighth Graders of the Year" at Monday night’s City Council meeting. Chief Carlos Maldonado, members of the Laredo Police Dept., and Friends of the Family were on hand to congratulate the students.
