Breaking News: Arrest made in murder of 2-year-old Katherine Cardenas

There has been a major development in the case of the two-year-old Laredo girl who was found dead over a month ago.
Police have been treating this as a homicide and they have just announced that an arrest has been made.
A 16-year-old boy is in custody after authorities went into Mexico to track him down and return him here to the U.S.
Katherine Cardenas was found dead in her west Laredo home on the 31-hundred block of Main Street in early September.
The house is now empty.
The baby girl's brothers and sisters were all put into foster case last month after her death.
Just yesterday police said they received some of the DNA results they had been waiting for from a lab in San Antonio.
