A man is arrested in connection to murder number 17.
And police are asking for the community's help to identify another suspect.
According to police there is one man behind bars and another is set to turn himself in.
But there is a third person of interest in connection to the shooting that occurred Saturday on the 85 hundred block of Rock Springs.
35-year-old Jose Alfonso Pedraza is facing charges of murder aggravated assault, engaging in organized act and failure to report a felony.
The second man who is turning himself in to authorities is identified as Jesse Ancira and he is facing the same charges.
