By Ray Gomez

Customs and Border Protection officers seize $352,000 worth of cocaine at a Laredo port of entry.

The seizure happened Monday at the Gateway to the Americas International Bridge.

A CBP officer referred a vehicle driven by a Mexican citizen from Monterrey to secondary inspection.

At secondary inspection a canine alerted to narcotics inside the vehicle.

CBP agents found 11 pounds of cocaine hidden in the undercarriage located above the vehicle's exhaust pipe.

CBP officers arrested the driver and a passenger and turned them over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
