100 pounds of marijuana dumped outside El Cenizo

Border Patrol Agents seize 110 pounds of marijuana near El Cenizo.

The incident happened Tuesday night near the riverbank.

Agents were alerted to suspicious activity along the river.

They found people carrying large bundles of marijuana by the riverbanks.

The subjects saw the agents, dropped the bundles, and swam back into Mexico.

The marijuana has an estimated value of more than $88,000.

The drugs were turned over to Drug Enforcement Administration.
