The trial for a 23-year-old man charged with murder continues.
Today law enforcement took the stand and described the scene.
Luis martin Gonzalez is accused of killing Jose Melecio back on September seventh of 2008.
Earlier this morning several homicide investigators from the Laredo police department took the stand in the 111th district court.
They talked about how there was a significant amount of blood on the walls of the living room.
One investigator talked about how the victim Jose Melecio was dragged to the bathroom feet first.
Laredo police had responded to an emergency call in the 29-hundred block of Monterrey Street that September morning Where they found the victim dead at the scene.
The medical examiner's office ruled the cause of death as blunt force trauma to the head.
The trial continues tomorrow morning.
