She's a Laredo teacher who combines a lot of “TLC” as part of her lesson plan for reading, writing and arithmetic in the classroom.
But believes that technology will be the edge her students need to succeed.
Well now Anita Averill of Saint Augustine elementary has a little money in her pocket to buy that technology to help her K-3 students.
She’s this months "One Class at a Time” recipient.
