3rd Annual Friends of UISD Fashion Show kicks off with local celebs struttin'

Fashion was the name of the game at the 3rd Annual Friends of UISD fashion show kicks.

City leaders and members of the media strutted their stuff on the catwalk at the Laredo Country Club Tuesday night. They modeled to raise money for a worthy cause; helping to buy gifts so some UISD students can have a merry Christmas this year. There was also a silent auction with thousands of dollars worth of prizes.

The toys will be given to students at the district’s student activity center as the holiday season approaches.

Familiar faces from Your Good Neighbor Station were also on hand
