Man arrested for 77 outstanding warrants

The Laredo police department arrests a man who owed more than seventy traffic tickets to municipal court.
22-year-old Agustin Rizo the third is charged for not appearing in court.
According to police he had seventy-seven warrants for his arrest.
He owes more than twenty thousand dollars in traffic citations.
