Flores sentencing rescheduled, defense team busy with other case

Today's court appearance for former Webb County Clerk Henry Flores has been re-scheduled.

The 60 year old faces felony charges of solicitation of a minor with intent to commit aggravated sexual assault.

Flores was supposed to be sentenced on Monday, when he showed up to court with a new defense team. Because his new defense team was in court for a separate case, Flores will be back in court on Thursday.

There are two possible outcomes: sentencing could happen or the case could go to trial.
