Police in south Laredo are led on a chase before taking a suspect into custody.
In the early hours of the morning officers responded to a call of rowdy behavior near Arkansas and Guatemozin.
When police arrived at the scene, Jose Luis Martinez attempted to flee the scene in a vehicle.
A short chase ended when Martinez allegedly wrecked his car into a curb on Highway 83.
Police then took Martinez into custody.
