Saturday was the final day for the Zapata County Fair, and thousands turned out for many consider the best part: The Grand Zapata County Fair Parade.
Reporter Annette Garcia went out there for a glimpse at the sights and sounds for what is being said to be the “Best Little Fair In Texas.”
