Crews were seen working this morning on a water main break that happened Saturday morning.
Since then the line at the intersection of San Agustin and Baltimore has broken twice more.
The most recent water break was at 4:20 am on Monday.
According to the Utilities Department the lines are extremely old.
The Utilities Department is working on a plan to replace old lines that date back to the 1920's.
People living within a three-block radius of the area were left out without water over the weekend but the problem has been fixed.
