A man accused of sexually assaulting an eight-year-old girl has been found not guilty on all counts.
Closing arguments wrapped up on Friday in the case of Marcos Duarte.
We caught up with Duarte’s attorney, Linda Garza Martinez, who says the state's case showed there was reasonable doubt and they were able to bring in bring in the other side of the story and bring in more doubt.
Garza says with the not guilty verdict, Duarte will be free to return home to his home in El Salvador.
