On Monday, Laredoans got a taste of the 2nd Annual SouthBound Music Fest courtesy of B Live Promotions as day one wrapped up at Old No. 2, and on Wednesday, day 2 gets underway at the Laredo Energy Arena with headliner and Monterrey favorite, Kinky. They will be playing Wednesday night at the LEA parking lot with opening act, The Limousines. Tickets are 20 dollars.
