Body Found in El Campo; Believed to be Mother of Kids Shot in Hotel

The mother of the two children shot at the Holiday Inn today is believed to have been found dead.
This after her father filed a missing persons report yesterday.
Brandy Cerny's body was found in a building on her neighbor’s property in her hometown, El Campo.
The Houston Chronicle reports the suspect, 36-year-old Demond Blunston, is the father of the 1-year-old who was pronounced dead at the scene of today's shooting here in Laredo. The 6-year-old, who is not believed to be related to Blunston, remains on life support at this time.
Cerny's family told the Associated Press that she lived with Blunston in El Campo.
The suspect, Demond Blunston, used Brandy Cerny's credit card to pay for the hotel room at the Holiday Inn.
We have made multiple calls to Holiday Inn on San Bernardo and also their corporate office on why they did not ask for an ID when Blunston used her credit card to check in to the hotel.
Those phone calls have not been returned as of yet.
