Border Patrol Seize Over $2 Million Worth of Cocaine

Border Patrol agents seize over two million dollars worth of cocaine. The incident happened at the I-35 checkpoint when agents sent the driver of a Nissan Altima to secondary inspection. In this case, the driver is a 30-year-old man from Mexico. Agents questioned him on his citizenship, meanwhile a canine alerted to the car. Inside the vehicle, agents found a secret compartment that contained 28 wrapped bundles that tested positive for cocaine. The drugs weighed in at 69 pounds and have a street value of over two million dollars. The narcotics, vehicle and the person in question were turned over to the drug enforcement administration.
