A man sworn to uphold the law of the border is arrested himself.
Armando Hernandez was arrested after a woman called police Sunday night from the 100 block of Tapeyste saying her ex was in the backyard of her house, standing outside by her patio.
She said she didn't know if he was armed, but told police he is a Border Patrol agent.
When police arrived, he had already left, but found him an hour later at his home.
He is charged with criminal trespassing and evading arrest.
