Border Patrol release statement regarding DWI accident

According to reports, 29-year-old Michael Cruz was arrested in the 300 block of Sabal Loop at five Sunday morning.

He was charged on driving while intoxicated.

We reported that an off-duty Border Patrol agent was arrested after colliding with vehicles parked in the driveway of a private residence.

The person arrested was booked at the Webb County Jail.

The Border Patrol has released an official statement regarding this arrest.
