The bouncer at a local nightclub is arrested after an argument with a patron gets out of hand with him allegedly shooting at her vehicle!
Manuel Martinez is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Police did not recover a weapon, but the case is still under investigation.
Police tell us the incident happened shortly before three Friday morning in the parking lot of Club Majesty. A woman called 911 frantically saying someone had shot at her. We're told the situation started as an argument between the woman and a security guard at the bar.
It escalated and she left with the suspect allegedly pulling out a gun and firing at her truck.
Police arrived and found a casing on the ground as well as a bullet hole in the woman's vehicle.
