A former business owner is being charged with theft for keeping a customers' money but never processing paperwork to export a vehicle.
Police say Nery Angelica Diaz who also goes by several other names was allegedly paid over 15 hundred dollars by a San Antonio man trying to export a vehicle.
The man tells police that after months of waiting and never getting what he paid for he asked for his money back.
Police say Diaz would not give a full refund. Instead her business RTN logistics eventually closed. Diaz who since moved to Nuevo Laredo was arrested on embezzlement charges.
