This Halloween, it can pay to be charitable. Sell your loot at Tots to Teens located at 9902 McPherson Rd, Ste. 25, this Thursday, Nov. 1 from 4-7 PM. They will pay $1 per pound, up to 5 lbs. For more information, call 956.725.3100. The candies will be donated to troops overseas.
